Meet Lizzy
Innerbloom Movement reflects my love for intentional movement and creative self-expression. As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Apprentice, I bring a caring, energetic focus to every class. What began as stress relief has grown into a journey of strength, self-acceptance, and presence. My favorite pose, Ganpati’s Trunk, embodies the playful spirit I celebrate in practice. Guided by breath, I continue to deepen my connection to movement and teaching, helping others find empowerment and clarity.
My classes feature thoughtful sequencing that cultivates strength, confidence, and safety. Through affirmations, encouragement, and creative transitions, I create space for growth and self-gratitude. The environment is welcoming and supportive, inviting students to honor their bodies, embrace what makes them unique, and cultivate confidence and joy with each practice.
